FEES To Register: You may register on-line at www.worldgicancer.com, call Imedex at +1 (770) 751 7332 or return the registration form in this program by mail or fax. If you mail the form, please keep a copy for your records. Registration confirmations will be issued before the meeting. To qualify for special registration fees, registration and full payment must be received by Imedex by the dates specified. Discounts: ESMO members are eligible to receive a € 50 discount from published registration fees. Proof of eligibility must accompany registration. Payment: Registration fees and hotel reservation guarantees can be remitted by credit card, check or wire transfer. Checks should be payable to Imedex.
