Poster Presentation Details:

Following are important details concerning poster presentations. Please read this information carefully.

Upon arrival at the Centre de Convencions Internacional de Barcelona (CCIB), please proceed to the Congress registration desk to check-in and get your conference materials. On Thursday, 29 June, once you have your Congress badge, you can enter the Exhibition Area to hang your poster. Please note the setup times below. The Exhibit hall will not be open until Thursday morning, so it will not be possible to hang your poster before this time.

Poster numbers will be located on the poster boards in the Exhibit Hall, in numerical order as they are listed in the Annals of Oncology. Do not move your number or hang your poster in the place of another submission. There is no specific Poster Viewing Session for you to attend. We invite attendees to peruse posters during the Congress breaks, but do not specify a time during which you must stand with your poster.

Please also have your poster removed by 17:00 on Saturday, 1 July. Posters not removed from the poster boards by this time will be taken down by the CCIB staff as the poster boards will be removed from the Exhibit Hall, and we cannot be responsible for the safety of your poster.

Please note that all presenters are required to be registered.
