Registration fees must be remitted by credit card or wire. Participant is not registered until full payment is received. Payment via wire is not possible after 8 June 2017. After 8 June 2017 please pay by credit card. Contact Imedex at +1 (678) 242 0906 or visit our website to ensure the course is being held as scheduled and to confirm that the meeting is not full.


Registration Fee Inclusions

Registration fees include admittance to all scientific sessions, Congress materials, processing of certificates of attendance or continuing medical education, and all event functions as specified in the agenda.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in writing and postmarked by 9 May 2018. Cancellations via email must be submitted by this date to Cancellations received via e-mail by 9 May 2018 will receive a refund minus a €100 processing fee. Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by 24 May 2018. No refunds will be issued after 9 May 2018. If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for full payment. If an Invitation Letter is issued to attend the Congress, registration fees are non-refundable or transferable.

Payments made may not be applied toward tuition for future congresses, nor other meetings or products offered by Imedex.

Imedex does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants in the rare event that this Congress should be cancelled for any reason. Cancellations for hotel and transportation reservations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with Kuoni Destination Management, airline and/or other company. No refunds are offered for classes that may be suspended or shortened due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond Imedex’s control.


Visa Invitation Letters

Invitation letters for travel visa purposes will be issued only after all registration fees have been paid in full. Instructions on receiving your invitation letter will be included on the registration confirmation you receive via email after your registration has been paid. IMPORTANT: Once the visa invitation letter has been issued to you, we will be unable to refund your registration fees.

Please check the visa requirements for your home country by contacting the nearest Spanish Embassy or Consulate. Two versions of the letter will be provided, one in English and a second in Spanish. Additional translations or versions of the letter are not available. Imedex recommends applying for any necessary visas as far in advance of the Congress as possible to insure you have time for your application to be processed. However, while it is our pleasure to aid our attendees by providing the visa invitation letter, we do not contact the Embassy or Consulate on behalf of attendees and we are not in a position to influence Embassy/Consulate procedures or decisions. In case of visa rejection, the Congress cannot be held responsible and therefore cannot refund any registration fees. The invitation letter does not commit the Congress, or the Congress Organizer to any financial obligation. All expenses incurred by the attendee are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

Group Registrations

IMPORTANT: The Group Registration Deadline is 24 May 2018.

Group registrations will only be accepted for groups of 10 attendees or greater. If you are registering 9 or fewer attendees please use the registration link above to register your individual attendees.

For groups of 10 people or more: Please download this group registration form and return to No additional Group discounts are available.

Groups will have one week after a registration deadline has passed to make their payment. If payment is not received by the payment deadline the rate for all unpaid registrations will increase to the next rate category.

Group leaders may purchase bulk registrations. To secure the Early or Discounted rates for your bulk registrations payment must be received by the dates above. Names must be provided for bulk registration by 24 May 2018. After 24 May 2018, unused registrations are nonrefundable.

Name Changes

Group name changes will be accepted until 24 May 2018. After this deadline, name changes are no longer allowed. A new registration must be purchased.
